Flux IPTV operates without requiring user accounts or personal registration. You can use all core features without providing any personal information such as names, email addresses, or contact details. We do not maintain databases of user information on our servers.
Premium users have the option to enable iCloud synchronization to sync their playlists, favorites, and playback history across their Apple devices. This feature uses Apple's CloudKit service and is entirely optional. When enabled, your data is stored securely in your personal iCloud account and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your iCloud data.
For the purpose of identifying and resolving technical issues, the App uses Firebase Crashlytics to gather anonymous crash reports. These reports contain technical diagnostic information but no personally identifiable data. This helps us maintain app stability and improve performance.
You have complete control over the playlists and media sources you add to the App. We do not provide, host, or have access to your content. All media sources remain on your device or in your iCloud account if sync is enabled. You bear sole responsibility for ensuring you have appropriate authorization to access any content you choose to add.
Your playlists, favorites, viewing history, and app settings are stored locally on your device. This data remains private and is not transmitted to our servers. If you delete the App, this data will also be removed from your device.
We do not intentionally gather information from users under 13. Given that the App does not collect personal data, it may be used by individuals of any age, though parental supervision is recommended for younger users.
While we implement reasonable security practices, the nature of our App means that most security relies on your device's iOS security features and Apple's iCloud infrastructure when sync is enabled. We encourage you to keep your device secure with passcodes and up-to-date software.
This Privacy Policy may be revised periodically. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the App after changes are posted means you accept the modified policy.
